RETURNS

Don't worry, we'll happily assist you with your return request! You can return it within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Please be reminded that you'll be responsible for shipping your order back to our store, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased.

We don't offer exchanges, yet, you may return your order and then order a new one in your desired variation, size, and color.

- Full Name on the account
- Order NUmber
- The email address the order was made with
- Reason for return

For an unprecedented event, like receiving incorrect, defective, or damaged items, please don't hesitate to email returns@wear2travelclothing.com and include:
- Full Name on the account
- Order Number
- The email address the order was made with
- The specific detail of the incident
- A photo or photos showing the damaged area of the item or the incorrect item.

Please lay the photo on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. Our friendly support will be happy to assist you.

All orders go into production 1 day after purchase. After 24 hours, we don't accept any cancellation requests. We appreciate your kind understanding!

If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 7 days of receiving. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 15 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased.

We currently do not do exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product. To start with return, please email us at returns@wear2travelclothing.com

Once your returned item is received and authorized, we will inform you that we have received the product and if it has been approved or rejected for a refund.

For approved requests, the refund will be processed and your money will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5-15 working days (depends on different financial institutions).
